GIFT CERTIFICATES: ACCOMMODATION

1. One (1) Certificate entitling the Member complimentary room night stay for two (weekend only) with complimentary Breakfast for two at The Chancery Pavilion Bangalore only. Two children below 12 years will be allowed free of charge.

NOTE: This gift certificate is  transferable.

2. Two (2) Certificates entitling the member for a complimentary room night, if the first night is bought at the published room rate. One (1) certificate for each hotel (The Chancery & The Chancery Pavilion in Bangalore).

NOTE: This certificate cannot be used in conjunction

UPPER CRUST MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Please present your valid Upper Crust membership card to avail member benefits.
2. Only one certificate/card can be used per table / party.
3. Membership card is non-transferable.
4. Membership discounts & vouchers are valid throughout the membership year.
5. Extra beds will be charged as per published rates.
6. The member is liable to pay all taxes and levies as applicable.
7. Fraud or abuse concerning the membership is subject to appropriate administrative or legal action, including termination of membership.
8. Chancery hotel reserves the right to enhance / alter/ modify the membership offer / vouchers / benefits, as may be required, from time to time.
9. Certificates must be presented at the time of dining/check in to redeem benefits.
10. All gift certificates are fully transferable except the Complimentary Cake Vouchers.
11. A flat Discount of 15% on “SUNDAY BRUNCH” at ITHACA (The Chancery Pavilion) would be given to all the members while dining at the hotel.
12. Membership discounts of 15% shall be applicable if there is any special events / promotions held by either of the hotels in the group.
13. Taxes as applicable by the Government of India shall levy from time to time.
14. Luxury taxes on the complimentary room night stay for the weekend is applicable and the member / guests are liable to pay the same while checking-in or while checking-out.
15. The membership fee for new enrollment would be Rs. 6000/- + taxes with a discount of 10% for 1st year renewal and 20% for subsequent renewals.
